FINANCIAL INFORMATION
ENERGOMONTAJ S.A. elaborated the balance sheet which is the result of achievements of the 12 subsidiaries and Central Executive. Our subsidiaries have an own accounting, following their economic and financial results and sending to the Central Executive the balance sheets for inspection and centralization.
The balance sheet settled at the Company's Central Executive is the one sent
to the fiscal operator, trade register, and officially published.
We must notice that our Company has its own internal financial control office, and
this fact consolidates the actuality and exactness of the data enclosed in our
financial report.
The financial results achieved got after the company is privatization classified
ENERGOMONTAJ S.A. on honorable positions within the top of great Romanian
companies, top made by Camera de Comert si Industrie (Trading and Industry
Chamber) of Romania.
