QA POLICY STATEMENT

ENERGOMONTAJ S.A. QA Policy is officially established by the Company’s Managing Board according to the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001/2008 and of the specific legal provisions.

The Company’s main objectives are:

• to act permanently according to these standards and legal provisions;

• to certify a QA Management System;

• to improve the quality of all services in order to satisfy de clients’ requirements;

• to optimize the costs and reduce those related to non-conformity;

• to pay full attention to each employee awareness on quality issues;

• to provide an adequate maintenance of the equipment in order to avoid its deterioration.

In all the actions we undertake we observe the legal regulations and requirements and we follow up the conformity to EU Directives.

The organizational system is developed and the necessary resources are provided for the proper functioning of QA Management.

S.C. ENERGOMONTAJ S.A. guarantees the permanent communication with the clients, employees and other parts interested in obtaining information and sending proposals to improve the Company’s activities.

The competence, responsibility and involvement at all organizational levels in order to achieve the objectives represents the Company’s guarantee for the permanent improvement of the QA Management System.

The Managing Director has invested by decision the Manager of QA Department as management representative, with full responsibility and authority necessary to apply the policy and objectives and to analyze and report their performance.

The Managing Director analyzes annually within the Managing Board the Quality Management System related to ENERGOMONTAJ S.A. activity, its implementation and efficiency and stipulates the necessary measures for sustaining and improving it.
