IEA Division-Branch has sites in the same locations where Thermo and Hydro Division have.
In order to develop the main activities, ENERGOMONTAJ S.A. holds 38 plots of land, located throughout the country, having a total area of 538,969.27 sqm.
The Company also holds 23 administrative offices having an area of 22,644.62 sqm, located in 18 places.
The open storage spaces are provided with hoisting units and handling devices and have an area of 112,102.22 sqm.
The total surface of manufacture shops and specific laboratories exceeds 29,337.82 sqm, ensuring a production of 5,000 to/year, out of which 30% are manufactured within the Power Equipment Plant of Bucharest.
The Company also holds 17 blocks of flats, with an accommodation capacity of 1,335 beds, and 85 flats for temporary accommodation of staff.
