employed by the company.
ENERGOMONTAJ S.A. has a strategic approach as concerns the management of
human resources, the most important capital of a company, which by its individual
and/or collective share contributes to the achievement of the Company’s objectives.
The human resource represents a high value capital in which the company has to
invest, in order to increase the value of work performed.
The accomplishment of general objectives of ENERGOMONTAJ S.A. depends in a
great measure on the quality and efficiency of human resources, reflected mainly in
the increase of productivity, on one side, and in the increase of motivation for the
employed personnel, on the other side.
ENERGOMONTAJ S.A. develops every year professional training plans for
all personnel categories, with the union advice.
The professional training programme is an integrant part of the Collective
Work Contract and it is carried out either by various organizers of
qualification and training courses, authorized by the National Council for
Adult Vocational Training, or by internal training courses.
At 31.01.2012 our Company has a labor force employed made of 3702 persons, in the following organization: 865 - technical & administrative personnel and 2837 - execution staff.
